We want you to be completely satisfied with your GravaStar purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all accessories and ship it to our designated return center.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
